Impressed by hotel staff’s integrity and honesty

Impressed by staff’s exceptional hospitality and service during my recent stay. Would like to thank Mr Mukesh Gautam for his honesty and integrity. It so happened that I left my silver jewellery at the hotel and after settling the bills for checkout we started for home. Upon reaching I got a call from Mr Mukesh to check if there were any missing items in the bag. In no time I realised that I left my belongings at Neemrana. When I called him he asked me to first verify by sharing pictures, after careful verification he assured that he would safely courier everything just that I had to pay the shipping charge of Rs 200. I trusted and followed his instructions, the box got delivered at my doorstep in one day’s time. I was particularly impressed with how smoothly he managed the situation where I was slightly panicked. Mr Mukesh Gautam, really appreciate your moral fortitude and the proactive response that has earned you the respect and admiration of the entire group I was travelling with! Thank you for being such a trustworthy and dependable person!

I would say this place is highly overrated and forget about luxurious not even lavish. Pros - vintage and somewhat royal setup - food and buffet was decent Cons -bedding was not comfortable at all. It is not even a 4 star standard. -washroom will disappoint you in multi fold -paid drinking water. Yes, you got to pay for additional drinking water over first two bottles. This is after charging ~15k per night -unclear entry signage’s and it feels unsafe to go out into those roads after 9pm. -no valet parking. -staff members are inconsistently nice to you

It was a wonderful experience at Neemrana fort Palace. The view was beautiful 😍. There were peacocks,parrots and many other birds chirping outside the window of your room. The staff is very kind and caring. Excellent food was served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am very happy that I got to visit this beautiful place.

My family booked Sheesh Mahal and Van Mahal for two nights. After checking in we found that the flush of the first Mahal was having no water. We had to wait for the plumber for half an hour to have it fixed. One particular point to note about the bathroom is that it smelled like moss,very humid and slippery. It was nauseating for my parents to use it. The Jacuzzi bath tub was dirty and to my consternation there were reptiles running around. The room was not luxury either. The desks were dirty at corners and windows had broken supports.The next day at Van Mahal was not good either. The bathroom had moss as well as too much dust between double glazed windows. To our horror,there were fifteen power cuts lasting few minutes within a span of one night right until we checked out.No explanation was provided by any staff to it and they were unapologetic about it.They even changed the high tea location to upper floors without notifying us. We came to know only after reaching the previously allocated location.What gross negligence. Talking about high tea,the snacks they provide are either too much sugary or salty and oily. Adding to this unhealthy food is their traditional snack which invariably is the worst food one can eat primarily due to addition of massive amounts of salt and oil to it. One other thing about Van Mahal is that there is a sitting place in the backyard which is not isolated,which is not disclose on their website . People pass by the access stairs next to it. Besides, it was advertised as a place full of trees. There was only one tree in the backyard. What a marketing hype!.The only thing I liked was that the HK staff was helpful;however, you are as good as the place you offer, which in our opinion was a total let down. This was my first and last time there anyways.

Food was tasty, ambiance was couplefriendly and a must vist place. Should visit Hawamahal for dinner. Service was good Mr. Rajesh was really a helpful person at hawamahl. I will reccomend to visit once atleast and enjoy the beauty of fort..
